WHAT WE COME OUT FOR

Vinyl plank and laminate. The floor most people want now. Glue down or click together, straight lines, tight seams, transitions that do not catch a sock.

Hardwood. New installs and refinishing. Sanded, stained and sealed, with the dust kept down as much as a house allows.

The part underneath. Squeaks, soft spots, a subfloor that is not flat. We fix what is under the floor before we put a new one on top of it, because covering it up never lasts.

Sagging floors. A lot of old Butte houses have a floor that dips, bounces or runs downhill. We get under it, jack it back up and fix what let it sag so it stays level. We’ve fixed sagging floors in houses all over Butte.

Trim and transitions. Baseboard pulled and reset, shoe molding, thresholds between rooms, undercut door casings. The details that make it look installed instead of laid down.
